HTTPS protects transport; D1 encrypts stored objects at rest; roles and secrets are enforced server-side. Private requests require a signed JWT plus an active D1 session, and logout revokes that session. Ordinary SMS is not end-to-end encrypted and is never labelled as such.

Browser-permitted GPS shows a place name and coordinates. Every plan can use ten-day temperature, rain, wind and FAO-56 ET₀ data, partial-dekad summaries and cautious weather-risk watches for the saved farm.

Photos are compressed locally. Screening remains automated decision support only, never a diagnosis or treatment approval. Cooperative-plan cases can enter a protected officer or laboratory review queue; unknown crops trigger expert contact capture.

The host composes concise SMS/email payloads. Disease-news alerts run daily; authority alerts require consent, confirmation and a verified local recipient. SMS previews are capped to one 160-character segment.
